Are you looking for the firmaware for this UE or are you looking to factory reset the CPE/UE?

Have you checked the Downloads section on the BaiCells website?

BaiCells site is fairly easy to navigate; for instance, it took me **less than three seconds** to find this spreadsheet on their site: [https://baicells.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006259954-Firmware](https://baicells.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006259954-Firmware)

The spreadsheet linked from that page contains download links for **all** current versions of firmware for all of their products, including the indoor UE.

Also, are you a BaiCell’s customer or an end-user (Internet subscriber)? If you’re an end-user, I would suggest you contact your service provider.
