Good afternoon. I am from Russia and I apologize for my English. I have purchased your equipment, the BaiCelles pBS4222. Since this is my first interaction with your equipment, I would like to receive an instruction manual. However, the seller has stated that they are unable to provide such an instruction manual. I would like to know what additional information I need to provide in order to receive the instruction manual.
