I have a Baicells Nova 430H (pBS3101SH) that came with customized Helium firmware on it. I would like to install the latest standard firmware (which appears to be BaiBLQ\_3.0.12) on this device in order to use it with my own LTE EPC, but am not sure how to do so since the firmware currently on the device disables access to the web interface I would normally use to update the firmware.

Can anyone provide a procedure for this?

Thanks in advance!

Were you able to find an answer for this? I find myself in the same situation. Have you been able to get yours converted? If so, can you tell me how?

Hello, you can reach out to a Baicells sales rep or one of our distributors(Streakwave, WAV, Winncom, or Scansource). There is a cost to convert it from Helium to the Baicells firmware.

Thank you
