I’ve opened a ticket with Baicells over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response and I’ve replied to the ticket a few times now. Is support dead for Baicells products? Another concerning thing is that na.baicells.com seems to have a bad/expired cert which is another sign that people don’t seem to be supporting / keeping up with things.
