# EG7035L-M1 wont hook

This CPE won’t hook to our mBS1100. Using latest firmware BaiCE\_AP\_2.2.0\_NA  
Email Support has gotten me nowhere. I can’t give them “TV Access”. I just need this to work.  
Clear line of sight. Less than a half mile shot. We set these antennas up at our shop, test them here, and deploy them in the field. But the last shipment of the EG’s that we bought, won’t hook at all. All other CPE’s look normal. It seems like the only thing thats changed was the firmware. Please help us asap or we will be forced to RMA these units.
