# How to reset BaiCells LTE TDE Base station model: BRU3511

I ve got a problem with BRU 3511, so the case is that after i restarted a BRU 3511 i see stable red alarm led and green act led and run led is off, so when i try to connect to lan eth port my pc does not receive ip address and therefore i canot connect to BRU 3511 web interface. I tried to assign ip 192.168.150.12 and still not pinging 192.168.150.1 the default management ip so The queshion is how can I define what is wrong with the device and how to solve it? Maybe there Is a way to reset the device. Waiting for your comments.
