# Link loss between the indoor cpe and eNB

Hello ! We are observing a problem with the link loss between the indoor cpe and 10w eNB . Indoor cpe has folowing conditions:  
Bandwidth  
10 MHz  
RSSI  
-69 dBm  
RSRP0  
-104.22 dBm  
RSRP1  
-104.92 dBm  
RSRQ  
-8.29 dB  
SINR  
14.98 dB  
TX Power  
19 dBm  
We see the packet loss, when we try to upload a file . The link is down for 30 -60 sec . So we need eNB settings to avoid link drops, when the ping delay reaches more than 2000 ms
