Hi ;  
I have Nova-246 Outdoor TDD eNodeB band 40 freq. 2310 -2390 Mhz i have interference freq. and low capacity between CPE & Nova-246 and i need good traffic (20Mbps) and signal not good for most CPE

If you have an interference you will always have and issue on link budget.  
Where you get an EARFCN value for configure ?

Put the NOVA to scan mode and find the clear 20MHz.
