After rebooting the radio, the LTE cell comes up normally, but the UEs/SIM cards are not able to connect.

The strange behavior is that, after running an RSSI/Spectrum Scan and returning the radio to normal mode, the UEs start connecting immediately.

We have reproduced this behavior several times.

Versions tested:

- BaiBS\_RTD\_3.7.11.15

- BaiBS\_RTD\_3.7.11.6 + FPGA BaiRRU\_sRU81xxx\_a\_DT2K\_1.0.4\_42555@211222

- BaiBS\_RTD\_3.7.11.3 + FPGA BaiRRU\_sRU81xxx\_a\_DT2K\_1.0.4\_55822@210719

We also performed upgrade and rollback procedures without preserving the previous configuration, but the issue remained.

HaloB is configured in Single Mode, with the core running locally on the eNB.

Has anyone seen the same behavior using HaloB Single Mode, or knows of a firmware version that fixes this issue?
We are using HaloB in Single Mode.
