# UEs Not Attaching – "No Service" on 436Q Deployment with CloudCore & Carrier Aggregation

**SIMs Activated, SAS Authorized, but No UE Connectivity on 436Q Setup**

**We recently deployed a Baicells 436Q with SAS authorization completed and SIM cards activated, using the CloudCore OMC in a Carrier Aggregation configuration.**

During testing with a Baicells BC 010411 MIFI device and one of the Baicells 10-pack SIMs, the UE fails to attach and consistently displays “NO SERVICE.” We’ve replicated the issue across multiple UEs with the same result.

A ping test initiated from the OMC received no response. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
