Please remove the required fields like email.
You can get around this by clicking on the link of the Sim Code to edit the basic user information, as here it doesn’t require an email address. It makes it really tough to train people on the system with quirks like that.
All our customer contact information is in another system already, is there some reason it should be in here too? Maybe for alerting the customer of usage or something?
