Dear Sir/Mm,

Following the instructions shown below

We have not been able to login following the pattern (new_user, and gNB@a0b0c0d0 being zero the last for digits of my serial number, we have used admin superadmin and different options without satisfactory result.

The device is brand new, never anyone has been able to login.

Any help please or support?
