Hello. I am looking to reset a Nova 227 cell that was previously used for Pollen so that it can be used as a generic CBRS cell unit. Unfortunately, all passwords for the device have been lost, and there is not access to any previous cloud administration account. Is there any way to restore the original login information?
Not sure if this solved already but, if you contact Pollen mobile they have a release form you can fill out and they will release it from there network so you can login. I did the same with a Nova 227 from Pollen Mobile.
