Need some explanations on session_id and cloud_key in the BOSS API

Hi,

We are integrating a new CRM solution with our baicells infrastructure and we need to use the BOSS API for this but there are somethings we can’t understand in the API.

session_id and cloud_key where can we find them and what is thier purpose?
is the cloud_key really needed if we have a local EPC & BOOS, OMC?
