This is an extremely trying time due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. Baicells would like to reinforce our customer-centric principles by suspending our CloudCore billing until further notice. We hope this helps mitigate your financial obligation concerns. This will begin on April 1st, 2020 but does not negate past due CloudCore obligations.
We were very pleased with the recent decision by the FCC to extend the transition date from Part 90 to Part 96 equipment until October 17, 2020. The Covid-19 outbreak created a temporarily supply chain disruption of raw materials and factory closures. Production has returned to normal and thousands of CPEs are en route to distribution partners. By mid-April, things should be back to normal in terms of product availability.
