The West Cloud EPC is being upgraded on July 6, 2017, 12:00am Pacific. Base stations running software B100SPC008 and newer will remain active as the East Cloud EPC will not be affected. East EPC upgrade will take place the following week. West EPC downtime is expected to last around 15 minutes.
UPDATE (7/12): With the West EPC server running smoothly since the upgrade, we will now be upgrading the East EPC server on July 14, 12:00am Pacific.
