SIM card set to DISCARD is there any way to recover

We were testing the provisioning system and accidentally placed an IMSI in discard.

Is there any way to recover fro this state?

If you accidentally delete a record in “Subscriber”.You can recover this record in “Subscriber->Archive->Restore”
