Service Level Agreements for Baicells Customers

Six years ago, the North American office of Baicells was established. It has enabled us to offer best-in-class LTE technology and deliver last-mile connectivity to those that need it the most.

Our growing customer base includes WISPs, school districts, metropolises and enterprises, who we have empowered with high-performance connectivity solutions. We are proud to be providing families, students, businesses and tourists with high-speed internet, paving the way for new opportunities within the digital economy.

As wireless technology has improved and spectrum has become more widely available, we’ve seen significant progress in our efforts to close the digital divide, but we are still far from finished. We want to continue providing our customers with the support to run networks as effectively as possible.

Today, we’re excited to announce the BaiCare program, to assist our growing customer base and provide all Baicells operators with top-tier network management and assistance. The BaiCare program will allow operators of any sized network to have access to Baicells support through various mediums according to the service level agreement signed. This includes phone and email support, product replacement and warranty plans.

In addition to our new standard support levels, optional enhanced support services will be available for purchase. These include RF Network Tuning and Optimization, Assisted Software Upgrade Support, Onsite Troubleshooting Support, and General Network Training.
