BAICELL SM's becoming unreachable

All of the sudden we have multiple Subscriber radios (EG7035E-M11) becoming unreachable. The customers are still working but we can no longer access the radios from our office using the public IP we assigned them. Even when you go on site you cannot log into the radios. Even if we take the radio out of service we cannot access the radios with their default Ip. This is happening on multiple AP’s, and across multiple towers. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I have seen this in the Aurora243. I use the optical port for the core interfaces and the ethernet port for management. Every once in a while the management port becomes unpingable. The only fix I have found is to unplug the optical port and plug a laptop directly into the management port.
