The OMC has been reopened to the public this morning. The cause for the reboot issue was found to be a bug in the CPE firmware. Specifically, the CPE would crash and reboot whenever it wrote to a connection which has already been terminated by the OMC. We will soon release a new CPE firmware update which will contain the TR-069 reboot bug fix. At the same time, we have made some configuration changes on the OMC server to limit the potential of early socket terminations.
We would also like to thank everyone for their patience in this matter and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us solve this issue.
