It would be great to be able to have a hyperlink under CPE>Monitor to directly connect to the CPE. As it sits now, we have to check to see if they are linked, then look up the eNB they are connected to, then log into the eNB and THEN connect to the customer’s CPE.
We have 3rd party support that doesn’t know/understand how to log into the eNB and connect from there. It would also make our lives much easier.
