I was running a baicells Nova 233 base station. The ethernet port went bad and I purchase a baicells 436q and replacement which I am running in single carrier mode with the EXACT setting my old baicells nova 233 was using which is:

I am using the exact sector antenna that the bad Nova 233 was using and it has not moved or been adjust in any way. The customers that I had using the old baicells 233 most are no longer able to connect or stay connected after installing the 436q. my 436q stats are showing all up and in the green. It’s almost as if the 436q is much weaker than the Nova 233. The customers that are connecting are barely sending in receiving any data at all and speeds are extremely slow.
I can’t figure this out and have tried everything I know.
