When an upgrade task is created in the CloudCore and set to start at a certain time, is that time relative to my local time or is it UTC time? I noticed that previous upgrades appear to be UTC start and finish times but when I create a scheduled task the time and date select pulls my local time initially.
I don’t want to inadvertently upgrade my eNBs in the middle of the day or during high use hours.
